Be God’s instrument of blessing today and every day

Hi spiritual family. Do you live Matthew 25:31-40? Do you provide food, clothing and shelter for those who need? Do you do so on a regular basis like we are exhorted in James 1:27? Here in the US, we are a few weeks away from Thanksgiving, and many do contribute to a special meal for the homeless and those who don’t have the funds to buy what’s needed to celebrate. That’s wonderful, and I know God is pleased. But what about ongoing needs? Do you seek to help on a regular basis year round? If you do, you are God’s instrument of blessing to those “have not” souls. If you don’t, you can start now. Why not contact your local food bank or homeless shelter and find out what their most pressing needs are and supply those needs, say, on a monthly basis? God works through human instruments. May He work through you. Be physically and spiritually safe and be blessed.

Matthew 26:11a(NKJV)
11 For you have the poor with you always.

James 1:27 (NKJV)
27 Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.

Matthew 25:31-40 (NKJV)
31 “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. 32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. 33 And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. 34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’

37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ 40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’

Proverbs 10:12b (NKJV)
12 Love covers all sins.

Matthew 22:37-39 (NKJV)

37 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’
